Every client node is monitored: servers, links, UPS units, backups. The alert reaches an engineer in Teams or Telegram within 30 seconds, and you get a report on what happened and why.

We replaced the flat network with a segmented one: separate VLANs for accounting, warehouse and guests, FortiGate at the perimeter, tunnels to branches and remote staff, traffic filtering and logging.
We replaced the single ageing server with a two-node virtualisation cluster on shared storage, added a UPS with graceful shutdown and backups verified by monthly restore tests.
We connected the client's infrastructure to Zabbix and set up Teams alerts: severity, host, event time and a direct link to the incident. Plus automatic sorting of requests from the shared mailbox.
